[mome-announce] IPFIX Interop event

Dear people working on an IPFIX Implementation,

Fraunhofer FOKUS organizes a further IPFIX Interoperability testing
event. 

Date: November 29-30 (Wed/Thu)
Location: Fraunhofer FOKUS, Berlin, Germany

We will also offer a VPN for remote testing for those who cannot attend
in person but like to join the testing session with their
implementation.

The tests will mainly focus on SCTP and security aspects (TLS/IPsec).
Apart from testing implementations, a further goal is to utilize some
outcome of the event (e.g. common mistakes, problems with interpretation
of the protocol draft etc.) as input to improve/extend the
implementation guidelines (which has a deadline end November).
